"We had a very nice stay at this property. It was very clean, very convenient location to Santander area, Pagonda, Train station , and much more. Amazing Diner right down the road. Many other restaurants also. Great communication with the host. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again for sure!"

"This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's...

"The kitchen is well-provisioned, with a drip coffee maker and a pod system. The host even supplied multiple coffee pods. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large-screen TV and internet work just fine. There is a welcome binder that explains how to get to the clothes washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of restaurant choices within 1 and 2 miles. I look forward to return!"

"This place is a gem. Stylish and upscale, this has been our favorite VRBO location. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The modern boho vibe was delightful. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The host even gave us snacks, breakfast and plenty of coffee, tea and bottled water. Overall, this is a sweet spot. If you’re staying in Reading, this is the place to stay."

"My friend and I were in Reading to attend the Night Lights lantern festival. We found this little gem and it was perfect for our overnight stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and well stocked. The beds and couches were comfy and the outside patio was fantastic to have morning coffee overlooking the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The decor was tasteful and charming making us feel right at home. Overall a very nice VRBO - thank you!"

"Franklin the owner was very kind and understanding. Unfortunately, the building is in a state of disrepair, there appeared to be an active leak in the ceiling and I could only bring myself to stay one night, despite having booked a week-long stay. I had to scramble for another place. (very stressful with kids) because I woke up after the first night with bits of the ceiling material stuck to my forearm. The building is VERY old so I was concerned given the age of the building that the materials...
