"Our stay at the Hilton Garden Exton PA was good, except that the first night our bed made a TERRIBLE POPPING NOISE every time you moved during the night! (I think the Platform frame was loose, or the plywood that the mattress sets on was warped!) The 2nd morning as we were going out for the day, the Front Desk Clerk (Blake) asked me if everything was alright with our stay ... when I told him about the bed, he said they'd try to get someone from Maintenance to take a look. When we returned to the hotel that evening, it was 95% fixed! (We slept much better the 2nd night!) THANKS to Blake, the very interested/concerned Front Desk Clerk! (A++) The NOT-included $17 breakfast buffet is NOT worth it! These were the usual chaffing pans of scrambled eggs, bacon, and frozen hashbrowns that most hotels provide WITH an included Breakfast (& these were BARELY Warm!) These 3 items, along with toast, yogurt, some fruit and HARD, STALE sweet rolls, and coffee/juices were all that was provided for $17 EACH. (Save your money & go to nearby Nudy's Cafe for a delicious breakfast for less$!) Overall, we would probably stay here again (but would NOT purchase the breakfast option!)"
