"Arguably the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. There was blood on the wall of the bathroom. The bottom of my socks were black….that floor has never been cleaned. The bathroom light barely worked. The tile in the shower…..I should’ve bought shower shoes. Please do better, this was disgusting."

Pull out chair had crumbs. it was kind of inconvenient to be on the top floor and the closest elevator to your room is broken"
