"it was even better than I expected. The staff was friendly. The room was immaculate. It is a resort and it does force you to kind of get out of the room a little bit to get the full experience, but it’s hands-down the best hotel I’ve been at in the GREENVILLE area"

"Worst hotel stay of my life. I felt like I was in a Jerry Springer show. I called the front desk 3 times for several screaming people carrying on about their personnel problems before I gave up. The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. The floor was dirty the hallway carpet looked like if had not been vacuumed in days. Unless you want to be immersed in the free reality show skip this place. "

"They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!"

"The rooms have roaches and bugs crawling everywhere. Me, my WIFE, and our daughter had to go buy two cans of spray to contain the insects. The air conditioning and parking was awesome. It was hard to write this because the staff was phenomenal. For the experience me and my family had to endure, I blame Expedia. You guy's over there can do better for starters, do your homework before taking customers cash when booking."

"The person that checked us in was fabulous. The guy that came in that evening was not the friendliest chap I've ever encountered. "
