"Great staff, good restaurant, easy to get transportation in the region. Although very close to the train station, requires several flights of stairs from the station DOWN to the hotel. Can take an escalator back UP to the train station, however."

The only disappointment was that when checking in, one of the staff told that he would bring the Lausanne Passport Card (free pass for transportation for tourists) to my room in 5 minutes but he never appeared. ..."
