One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "Old school pictures didn’t do this excellent hotel justice. The hotel felt traditional, elegant and classy. The pool and gardens in the back offered a private and relaxing reprieve. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was great. Latte is just milk. Felt like more than a 3 star hotel."

"Our room was spectacular along with the view of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the lunch. The ONLY thing that needs attention is the dirty carpeting in the hallways and the area around the spa. It was filthy-need shampooing "

"This is a great hotel just about 15 minutes away from the shore & centre. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Reception and breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. But our favourite was the rooftop bar and pool with the excellent service from Gaetano! He is a very attentive gentleman who made us very welcome and guessed our needs we didn’t know we had. "
