"One of the favorite places we have ever stayed in! The place is beautifully restored and you feel like you are really staying in a historic place. We stayed in a room that had ample space and enjoyed staying in. There is a lovely balcony with a hot tub. There were two friendly cats that hung out with us on the balcony. The location was wonderful with being close to where we could park and still being in Old Town. "

"Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dei Delfini. The building has been beautifully renovated by the owners and was very easy to find from the instructions given. It is located in a pedestrian area which is very quiet and very typical of Old Town Rethymno, and a few minutes walk away from all local amenities and sites.
