"Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. "Excellent choice if you want more of an apartment feel than a hotel room (which we prefer). Staff is very friendly and the front office has activities everyday. You get access to the huge and beautiful pool area at the resort next door which was a huge plus! Not easy to walk to nearby places, so recommend getting a rental car or Uber/Lyft. Lots of renovation happening in a couple of the buildings during our stay, but not disruptive and good to see they are working on improvements. Will be...

"This lovely condo looked as though it was recently and very nice compared to one we had rented for a night at Banyan Harbor the week before. Contemporary, very clean and thoughtfully furnished. I would not recommend sleeping on the pull out couch to trundle however, as it is very firm. There was a comfortable recliner so I slept in that. A blow dryer in the bathroom would be a good addition. But we very much appreciated this lovely condo. The owners have done a really great job with it. "
