"Room was clean and comfortable. Slightly strange not to have a door on the bathroom (although toilet is separate) ok for us as a married couple but would have been awkward if I was there with a friend or other family member. Breakfast excellent. "

The room was clean, but I couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay—possibly due to pet hair, as the hotel seems to be pet-friendly. Amenities were minimal, but there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The bus and tram stops require a short uphill walk, and with a transfer, the city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes. At check-out, there were no clear instructions, and no staff were at reception, so I waited for a while before eventually leaving the key card and departing. Clearer guidance would have been appreciated."
