"Found the studio ok on the surface, but not up to usual Vrbo standards mainly because the ‘host’ was in contact remotely, so the problems we encountered were not able to be dealt with straight away. The shower was Luke warm and hardly more than a dribble, still not sorted after 2 nights. "We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...

"Lovely setting but no one there to give us the key even though we’d sent 2 emails requesting info regarding collection with time of arrival. Noise from 9pm TIL 4am so couldn’t sleep. Dog faeces on paths. Toilet broken. No microwave. Needs updating and cleaning of the shower room. Lounge and bedroom roomy and comfortable. "

"I arrived early and was expecting to be asked to wait until 3pm to check in. However my room was ready and so the staff on the front desk were able to give me my key card. My first floor room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful - I was meeting up with some of my old College friends and they were able to direct me around the roadworks so I could get to the city centre. The air conditioning in my room was very much appreciated, as it meant the room temperature was maintained throughout the night. As there was very little traffic, I was able to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent. There was a good range of options available and allergens were clearly indicated. As this is self service, it means there should be less wastage. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast, and was very impressed with the paper containers for the jam/chocolate hazelnut sauce/marmalade which accompanied the toast and croissants."
