"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying. Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices. On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

"We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"

"The rooms. at the Essex Golf and Country Club are very nice and super clean. Be aware there is no in-room ac that we could find and just the smallest desk fan in the room but perhaps this is only an issue for 3 weeks a year! We arrived late (9.30pm) and check was smooth, went to the room and unpacked and notice in the room directory suggested the bar was open until 10.30pm. We meander up only to be informed that last orders was at 10pm so we would only be permitted to purchase one drink. Then...

"Great as always… Lovely staff, easy parking and check in. Restaurants within walking area but their restaurant/bar is perfect… 30second walk from the hotel. Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room. I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer. Thank you"
