Furnished 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Gem with full kitchen, living area, washer and dryer in excellent, quiet neighborhood. The master room has a french door, and the other room has a large window for natural light. The space includes basic cable, high-speed internet, and free off street parking for one vehicle. No street parking during winter (November through February).
The living area is open concept with the kitchen, which has fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove. The master bedroom has large walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The property has beautiful mountain views and also Layton Temple view.
The grocery store is 5 minutes away, Layton Hills Mall is less than 10 minutes away, and Hill Airforce Base is less than 20 minutes away. The property is for non-smoking guest, no parties, no parking infront of neighbors homes, and no pets are allowed.
