"Loved the cleanliness of the property and the rooms. I didn’t like how I was unable to try out the restaurants and only had to eat at the buffets due to them being sold out every night of my trip. I wanted more options for food since I’m a big foodie!"

"This property was exactly what I was looking for. This trip was a first time experience traveling for my parents. I was looking for a hotel that would given them a resort experience, without being overwhelming. This hotel was perfect. It was not over packed and the vibe was amazing. We had the chance to enjoy all amenities without having to wait. There were always seats available at the pool and beach despite the time of day. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet and several restaurants on the property. My favorite part was that it’s just a block away from the Quinta Avenida so we were able to leave the hotel and walk around to the different shops, bars and restaurants. Our rooms were nice and clean, no complaints. The balcony had a great view of the property and I could see the ocean. Bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel spa was a great experience as well. I got a promotion that provided a 50 minute body massage, 20 minute facial mask and massage. That purchase also gave me 2.5 hours access to the private pool, saunas, hot tub, cold plunge and the cenote pool. Overall 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Very clean resort. For the 599 rooms, they only have 7 or 8 restaurants. Every thing is centered around the Privilege upgrade. Stores inside were way overpriced. A small box of Dramimine was $50 in US dollars. We had a great meal 50% of the time, otherwise not"
