"Situated near Mount D'Orford. Room was quaint. Buildings were a little dated and could use some maintenance, but they were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that they had a duck pond and farm animals. We loved the area and had a wonderful hike at Marais de la riviere aux cerises."

"The location beside the lake and the 10-15 minute walk up to Main Street were the highlights of our stay. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was well equipped. We cooked all our breakfasts and one supper and we had all the amenities we needed. We used the pool, hot tub and sauna once and it was great. The only difficulty for older clients would be the walking up to the 3rd floor with your suitcase and supplies and the steep stairs up to the bedroom inside the condo. We managed fine but I could see it being an issue with older people. Overall it was great. "

"I arrived late on a solo road trip but was able to communicate with the staff to obtain the access code. Everything was great during my quick stay. Lots of communal space on the first floor to enjoy a snack or a meal and to just sit and socialize. So glad they have coffee available in the morning. I stayed in the dorm and was very pleased. Only thing was, and at no fault of the auberge, is that the town wakes up early and if your window faces the street, you will hear the early morning hustle and bustle. Overall, I’d gladly stay here again whether I were traveling solo again or with my family. "
