We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did. "Close to restaurants and 8 minutes waking to the tramway to Montpellier centre. I had a nice terrasse to relax. Breakfast prepared by my host was delicious."
