"Honteux! Appartement très sale et en état déplorable. Ménage non-réalisé avant notre arrivée (sols, vitres, miroirs, placards...) : traces de nourriture, de doigts, de gras..., café résiduel dans la cafetière, cheveux partout, chasses d'eau des deux WC non-tirées, filtre du lave-vaisselle encrassé, baignoire bouchée, intérieur des placards sale et malodorant....
