"Rooms are clean but the kitchen and bathroom are in need of upgrades. There is no elevator in the building.If you have a lot of luggage it become an issue. There are High ceilings in the large aptm and pleasant art work on the walls but just outside the building is dirty and there is not a place to dispose your garbage. Newer bath towels and coffee cups are needed but the vibe in the place is good.You feel like you went to visit your sweet grandma!! The apartment keys issue with the agency is...

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment just outside the city center of Nice, France. The apartment had a charming Nordic, Swedish vibe, beautifully styled, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the large terrace, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nice!"

"La vue sur la mer, parfait. Accès proche de commerce et promenade des anglais. Appartement très bien situé, mais vaisselle , 1 bol pour trois personnes 2 chaises, il en manquait une. Chase d'eau des wc ne fonctionnait pas, obligé de vider un sceau d'eau.De plus la cuvette des wc donnait en dessous du lavabo, on ne pouvait s'y assoir normalement, heureusement n'étions 3 personnes valides, et sans excès de poids."

"Beautiful stay at an amazing property. Exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Serge & Marcelle were wonderful hosts, very responsive and always happy to help to ensure our stay was amazing. Pool area is beautiful with great views and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is located a little way from most amenities on a hill, so a car is recommended but it's easy if you have one."

"The hotel and my room were very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of a classy old building that has been maintained as such, not overly modernized, but refreshed with simple good taste, a sort of quiet unpretentious dignity comme il faut (as it should be). The location is great, near the Promenade Anglaise, but set back in a nice neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops. "
