We loved this place!

"A great choice for a multi-day stay in Rouen! The kitchenette provided a lot of flexibility for meals, and the location was super -- right beside the Seine and within easy walking distance of the old city and the major sites to be seen. The breakfasts (included in the room charge) were excellent and the property's policy of not cleaning every room every day is very sensible, making this an eco-friendly and great value-for-money proposition."

"Newly converted property (former teacher training college we were told) with useful addition of welcoming area, restaurant terrace (city view) and on site secure parking. Staff casually efficient and competent with good swift service in the restaurant of excellent vfm food. If you feel inclined the bus from on the main road (adjacent) services the main historic Rouen sites. "
