Short break

Very surprised that there was no instuction/information in property . Fridge, freezer and cupboards full of old food. The rest of the house was clean and pleasant, pool good.

Excellent séjour !

Très bon séjour dans cette très belle maison. Tu étais à disposition sur place comme à la maison. L emplacement est très bien en face de la mer pour la pêche aux coquilles, proche petits commerçants. La piscine était top, chauffée les enfants en ont bien profité et nous aussi. Sinon nous devons dire du négatif : oreillers trop plats et dommage que les terrasses de l étage ne soient pas entretenus pour que tout soit parfait. Nous avons été bien accueillis et conseiller par Loïc et Géraldine…un grand merci Région magnifique tellement de belles choses à voir Nous reviendrons avec grand grand plaisir. Sophie et Jérôme

Piscine chauffée très agréable, lieu calme et ressourçant, maison très spacieuse pouvant accueillir avec confort trois couples d’amis. Le propriétaire est réactif et disponible à tout moment.

Emplacement incroyable, très belle propriété

J´ai mis pas mal de temps à publier mon avis car je voulais absolument rester objective. D´abord cette maison n´a pas 3 sdb mais 2. Elle a un gros soucis avec la haie car les passants peuvent tout voir à l´intérieur et passent plusieurs minutes à regarder. On a l´impression d´être au zoo et l´impression d'être dans la cage. C´est désagréable. Un coup de rénovation des balcons de l'étage lui ferrai également du bien. Il serait aussi bien de trouver un moyen de faire en sorte que les locataires entretiennent un peu la maison. Mettre plus d´1 kg de sel dans un lave vaisselle, decrasser un aspirateur balai et entrenir une piscine sont à la portée de chacun mais là ce n´était pas fait. J´en ai même oublié de signaler une fenêtre qui ne se fermait plus . Ainsi que de remettre en place le coucou qui fesait trop de bruit. Un carnet d´entretien de maison me semble une bonne idée. Cela permettrai aux locataires de signaler les anomalies irréparable dans la maison. Maintenant que je connais la maison, j'y reviendrai volontier.

Séjour très agréable

Maison idéale pour se retrouver en famille où tout est mis à disposition par le propriétaire (piscine chauffée, vélos, table de ping pong, paddle.....), tout est fait pour s'y reposer et aucune inquiétude quant à la proximité du camping municipal (il n'y aucun bruit). Merci Géraldine et Loic!

belle propriété bien située, maison agréable, mais gérée de façon négligée par le propriétaire qui n'anticipe pas les éventuels inconvénients que peut rencontrer le locataire - nous avons eu 3 gros soucis qui ont quand même gâchés notre séjour - utilisation piscine 2 jours sur 7 en particulier car chauffage en panne entre autre,

Très jolie Villa pour découvrir la presqu'île de Rhuys

Villa très agréable à vivre avec une déco très sympa et une jolie vue mer depuis les terrasses du 1er étage. Belle piscine chauffée dont nous avons bien pu profiter. Villa bien située pour visiter la presqu'île de Rhuys (Sarzeau, le château de Suscinio) et embarquer pour les îles du Golf depuis Port Navalo. Commerces à 5 mn en vélo (Carrefour contact, Presse, boulangerie). "Camion à Pizza" sur la petite place en face de la maison le samedi soir et "camion à crêpes" le dimanche et le mercredi soir, bien pratiques. Environnement idéal pour les familles avec enfants, avec le terrain de tennis et le City Park (jeux enfants, terrain de basket/foot) en face de la maison. Nos enfants de 11 et 14 ans ont adoré ! Propriétaires charmants.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben eine Woche (11.-18. Juli 2020) in dem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist hell, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Garten, der nach Südwesten ausgerichtet hat, so dass man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Der Pool ist sehr groß, warm geheizt und absolut sauber. Was man wissen muss, ist dass der Garten einsichtig ist (es gibt nur wenige Hecken), so dass einen alle Leute, die vom Campingplatz, der sich nebenan befindet, zum Strand gehen und zurück, im Garten und am Pool sehen können. Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss lässt sich sehr schwer aufdrehen und zudrehen. Vielleicht könnte dies repariert werden. Ansonsten ein super Haus! Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie D.
