"The pre-check in details 3 days prior were extremely helpful. I felt the full service and attentiveness of the staff even before check in. "One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. "Excellent property and amazing staff. We loved the location. Staff was well trained and very helpful. Street names changed the week before and it was extremely hard to find the hotel. They sent a bellman to meet us and bring us in. It was outstanding!"
