"All good except when serving food in the bar it would be good idea to take the cutlery and sauces to the customer before the food is ready! Sat there watching my food go cold waiting for cutlery does not make sense!! "

"Reception staff were friendly and professional. The room (230) was lovely and clean. Lunch in the bar was excellent and once again the staff were friendly. Breakfast was just as pleasant. My only moan is that I dont think residents should have to pay for parking. 9/10 thanks."
