"Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff .Located in the centre and just 5 minutes from train station and directly opposite Trinity shopping centre "

"The location, the services, breakfast and staff excellent, the only downside is the bed/pillow very uncomfortable, and some noise of moving furniture from 6:30am, when informed staff stated will look into it, unsure whether will visit again as can try better places and competitive prices in Leeds."

"The room we had overlooked the light, and you could hear people “trying” to play the piano in the middle of the mall and at 8:30am Sunday morning the malls music started. The shower head would not stay up and it preferred to shower the wall. Not the best experience "
