"What a gem!! This hotel is more like a resort, but with the charm of an old, southern, colonial estate. It’s gorgeous! The rooms even have regular keys with a little brass key tag with your room number. The rooms were clean, have great a/c and tv, and a very comfortable bed. There’s no microwave or fridge which was fine, we don’t use them. The pool was huge and well kept, and overlooked the lake just like the pictures suggest. The staff was welcoming and super helpful. We walked into town and although we found it a bit overpriced, lots of shopping and dining available. We already have plans to stay again soon!"

"The staff was very professional, patient (I’m handicapped and a little slow) and offered to help with my luggage, I only had one small bag, I was very impressed by the staff. Every thing was exceptionally nice, I would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"Keep your expectations realistic. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, this is a good enough one. The people nice, the room was clean. Is it fancy, no, not at all. However, I was looking for a place to sleep, and for that, it was perfect. No complaints."
