Overall amazing hotel, amazing stay. The room is more than I could dream of and had the best sleep of my life. The check-in process was lovely, got an awesome upgrade, and my room was ready early. I guess the only thing I would say is the concierge doesn’t have much pull. I get that it is booked, but concierge at a 5 star hotel should be able to work something out? After the 3rd request to try to get tickets or booking somewhere with no avail, I did it on my own. But they still were very nice.

This hotel staff was great attentive courteous and helpful in every way. Room was small but very nice. The menu from the restaurant was more bar food. The bartender was excellent tried to give you everything you asked for and more

Was in town for an art show and booked this quirky little hotel - a bit off the beaten path, but clean and definitely unique, with rooms and even floors designed by different artists. Very accommodating with converters for those of us who forgot and mini fridge if you ask. Of note - the air conditioning and even the fans had been turned off for "winter" (it was early October and the temperature was as high as 75 degrees) - the rooms were very hot and you had to sleep with the window open...

My husband and I had a fabulous stay! Very comfortable and clean, breakfast was wonderful each morning. Metro is only a minute walk, and many wonderful restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to stay again!

First time staying at Le Pavillion. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by the staff. We had to wait an hour before our room was ready. We had an apartment type room with a living area downstairs with a shower and toilet and the primary bedroom with on suite bath was upstairs. This hotel holds so much history. It was one of the best experiences of my life. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful to all of our wants and needs. From the attention you get two steps in the door, to the live lemon tree in the garden this place was perfect for myself and my daughter. Easy walk to fresh cooked, snacks, and shopping! The host and hostess at the front door are amazing and helped so much. 5 starts!!

Warm concierge, modern hotel. We had a privilege top floor room, and the balconies are fantastic!! Icing on the cake. The coffee machines in the room are fantastic. The bathrooms are roomy and clean. I have stayed here many times over the last 15 years and although the the rooms are small the staff is great and the neighborhood is one of the best in all of Paris. A very short walk to the Louver, Muse Dorset, Notre Dame and much more. The neighborhood is filled with great bars and restaurants. A must when in Paris.

The staff was very friendly & gave some ideas of where to catch train, etc. We loved the pool & steam room- all very clean.

The hotel location is great, close to shops, groceries the Sorbonne and Luxembourg Palace. The suite was very comfortable for a family of 4, had a full kitchen, dinning and living room. The was really good and convenient. The only thing was that my kids wanted to use the pool, but since it’s part of the Spa it can only be used by 16 years old and up. That was not clear in the description. I would stay there again, for sure
