the breakfast were good a bit crowed in the mornings but thats ok the staff always brought out more food, and got you items when you asked them and they are always friendly and polite

We had a very enjoyable stay for 8 nights with no problems at all. The staff were all very warm and sincere yet professional. Our room was perfect, with very good housekeeping. Room service was lovely, and the pool area was awesome. The hotel was perfect for a quiet stay away from the main tourist areas.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The location is good and easy to get around if you rent a motorbike. The room was good and staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Lokasi cukup strategis, deket mau prgi kemana2. Seperti berada di tengah. Makanan enak, fasilitas cukup baik. Namun jika malam ada beberapa serangga yang masuk kamar, krna lokasi juka dekat dgn aliran sungai

The only down side to saying here was the city view balcony,,,, was A VIEW of the dirty river and broken bridge . all else was fabulous. thanks

ホテルの立地が良くない、行きはシャトルで送ってくれますが帰りは、タクシーを使わなければならない。またWiFiの繋がりが悪く、途中で切れてしまう事が多々あった、プールも狭い(7mx7m位) レストランの対応が良くない、2回利用したけど、出てくる迄30分以上待たされるが値段は安く、とても美味しかった。

Great place for the price, new and comfy. Get a car or bike,nothing in walking distance but easy to get around if u have your own transportation.

Security moved my motor bike 3 or 4 times every night. I complained to 3 different managers but Security manage this hotel & not the management. The front desk staff were great & served me efficiently. Never again will I waste my Money on this hotel.
