"Great hotel. Close to airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. It was free to the hotel and cost 12 euros for the way back. (2 adults and a child). If you want to go for an awesome walk along some cute canals there is a little town close by with restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe 25 minutes "

"We were told upon arrival that we were being placed in their sister property with “bigger rooms;” however this meant being separated from the amenities we were hoping to use such as the pool and spa. The staff was not helpful or understanding why we were bothered by this change. That being said, The room we were given, which was at the Residence Inn, was very spacious and clean; however, we did not use the pool or spa because we would have had to exit our building, cross the parking lot, and enter another hotel. "

"The breakfast was amazing - set apart by the incredible views & the waffle & bagel stations. They even had a bottle of cava & bloody Mary’s to enjoy! Staff on reception are friendly & incredibly helpful. The location was excellent as short walking distance to Rai train station & a Metro station. I thought for the same amount of money it was better to stay just outside of the city in this gorgeously designed spacious hotel. I definitely made the right decision. "

"Room was clean, secure and comfortable. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures on the website. Staff, overall were helpful and professional. Think that the state of the outside of the building needs to be addressed. Not nearly as welcoming as the inside. The small fridges that are provided for each of the pods don’t seem to get cleaned out regularly enough. "

"This is definitely one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in . The room was massive, there was a gym and swimming pool which our 14 year old used everyday. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The sky bar had amazing views. If you don’t mind not staying in the centre it is only 2 stops on the train to Amsterdan centre and 1 to Schipol airport with a day return being 6.5 euros. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam "
