"Start at the beginning, 5 minute drive from the airport although you wouldn't know it when you arrive, you get an incredible view of the planes landing but they are far enough away that you really can barely hear them (something I had considered when booking, needn't have worried).What 3 words is a fantastic tool for finding your way there as it would be easy to miss the tiny driveway. John was there to meet us and give us all the information we needed about the villa and the surroundings, he really is a mine of information and nothing is too much trouble. Villa Flora has everything you could ever need for a perfect holiday, the kitchen is well equipped, every bedroom has an en -suite shower room, comfortable living area, an abundance of outdoor seating and dining options and balconies to admire the absolutely stunning vista, especially at sunset. The welcome package of essential treats including milk, bread, eggs, cheese, honey,wine,beer and more was a lovely touch and meant we didn't have to go find groceries straight after a long day travelling. The pool, gardens and surrounding areas are beautifully presented and perfectly clean. Pool guys pop in twice weekly and are very unobtrusive. Plenty of options for a stroll in the surrounding lush countryside. Short drive or an ambitious walk to local shop, bakery and plenty of excellent options for eating out, again trust John for his recommendations. Absolutely would love to come back, maybe next year. "One of the most accurate hotel I've ever been. Body working all day as brain and mind were shut. Magical spot on a gone world. Accurate gym yoga food location and more. Although I gave 10/10 and 5 + stars- cleaning and housekeeping must climb another level to perfect."

"We had a nice stay at the hotel, there were a few miss(es) but the general manager Mr. Aris was very conscientious and personally made sure everything that was not right was corrected at best as he could. Some of the "equipment" and facilities in the room should be examined well, such as leaking shower, the floor was wet after each use. We are aware that it is the end of the season and a lot of "wearing and tearing" must have happened, obviously the room(s) was / were not checked well between each check-out and check-in, usually due to short free intervals. Breakfast is fast and efficient, that is very good news. The pool is one of the biggest or longest pools I have seen in any hotels but I did not use it. Housekeeping team is quite "new" and does not see many usual things that should be done but they are very willing to work, with very good attitude. Our phone did not work for about 3 days and we were not able to call the reception, on the last day the manager made sure it was fixed and was super apologetic, what I did not understand was that why we were not offered a room change instead? The hotel has a lot of potential, in a very good location, in a very nice part of the island, I had spoken the management modify and improve a few things. Hope good things will take place for the next season."

"I’d checked out the hotel in Sept 2025 with a view to staying there for our forthcoming blessing, the receptionist was only to happy to give us a complete guided tour of the hotel including the pool area/dining area/ and the various rooms all of which were clean and well thought out with the walk to the various room amongst the grounds which were also well kept, on my return we booked it immediately!. Now fast forward to Sept 2026, our arrival at the hotel it didn’t disappoint we were greeted by the receptionist and the owner Maria who seems never to be off duty, they were genuinely pleased to see me again and even remembered that we were there for our blessing!. Check in was smooth and hassle free, we’d booked three rooms for some of our blessing party. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit, cold meats & cheese also cereal, the hot breakfast selection consisted of boiled/scrambled eggs/bacon (let’s face it you can’t beat British bacon) /sausages, little hotdog type which are great if you like them but there not a proper sausage & a proper sausage would have been better. There was a selection of breads (jams/ect) which could be toasted or made into a lunchtime snack, a take out box was provided…….yes provided!! no more sneaking your lunch out as it was encouraged. I asked if we could have a reception for 20 guests b4 the blessing, no problem!. All the staff & management team were fabulous & this made a really enjoyable time, great !.Thank you so much Leivatho Hotel."

"Lovely clean well equipped apartment right on the beach. Clean towels provided every day but take your own beach towels as non there. Covered parking for cars on site. Would definitely recommend staying there."
