"I’d checked out the hotel in Sept 2025 with a view to staying there for our forthcoming blessing, the receptionist was only to happy to give us a complete guided tour of the hotel including the pool area/dining area/ and the various rooms all of which were clean and well thought out with the walk to the various room amongst the grounds which were also well kept, on my return we booked it immediately!. Now fast forward to Sept 2026, our arrival at the hotel it didn’t disappoint we were greeted by the receptionist and the owner Maria who seems never to be off duty, they were genuinely pleased to see me again and even remembered that we were there for our blessing!. Check in was smooth and hassle free, we’d booked three rooms for some of our blessing party. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit, cold meats & cheese also cereal, the hot breakfast selection consisted of boiled/scrambled eggs/bacon (let’s face it you can’t beat British bacon) /sausages, little hotdog type which are great if you like them but there not a proper sausage & a proper sausage would have been better. There was a selection of breads (jams/ect) which could be toasted or made into a lunchtime snack, a take out box was provided…….yes provided!! no more sneaking your lunch out as it was encouraged. I asked if we could have a reception for 20 guests b4 the blessing, no problem!. All the staff & management team were fabulous & this made a really enjoyable time, great !.Thank you so much Leivatho Hotel."

"We had a lovely stay at Liberatos Village. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchenette, which was a great choice. It seemed reasonably new compared with other parts of the hotel and was very clean and comfortable, with one of the best showers we've ever had at any Greek accommodation! The hotel is sprawled across a large area, and our room was quite a walk from the reception and pool area, but we appreciated the privacy this afforded. Lassi is a small but very pleasant resort, with many nice tavernas and easy transport links to nearby Argostoli. Please note that it is very hilly! We had not fully appreciated how steep a hill the hotel was on, which made the walk down to the main street and back up again each time rather daunting. Many people took a taxi up the hill, which cost EUR 8 each time, but we preferred to brave the walk - we certainly came home fitter than when we arrived! We were rewarded at the top by the stunning views. We must also thank Liberatos Village for putting us up for an extra night after our 8.30pm flight home was grounded at the last minute. They were very kind and accommodating during these difficult circumstances and we really appreciated it."

"Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Villa Xenia. The staff took care of maintaining the garden and the pool, and cleaning services were also provided. We werent disturbed by anyone; it was the perfect setup for a vacation where you dont want neighbors around and simply want your own private space. "We had an amazing time at Villa Flora. The hosts John and Claire were exceptional. Easy to communicate pre and during the holiday, always available for recommendations and kindly arranged restaurant booking for us for the first few nights. The villa is a great size, well equipped, lovely pool and all maintained to a very high standard. The location is beautiful with a number of local beaches with clear water, our favourite being Loudata, which had plenty of sun beads to hire, easy parking and good choice of places to eat. There are many great restaurants locally including Sea Salt and Esperides but you definitely need to book.We hired a car from Greekstones for the two weeks. Their service was brilliant. We travelled to the north of the island which was stunning. Worth visiting Argostoli for other good restaurants and shopping. We went to La Gondala when we wanted an evening of Italian food.We also had a skippered boat trip around the the south of the island for 5 hours with a company recommended by John (hosted by Kostas and skippered by Christina). We were well looked after and it was one of the best boat trips we have had during our many trips to the Greek Islands. We very much recommend a stay at Villa Flora and hope to visit again in the coming years."
