"I prearranged late check-in but was left stranded at the airport after a 1 hour unavoidable flight delay. I was not allowed to check-in as there were no staff at the property. They were unhelpful, rude and did not offer a refund after crippling my holiday."

"Luxury accomodations right next to the river and bike path through the region - the host was wonderful and the decor was beautiful. The large grounds were full of areas to relax - veranda with wine grape vines, fruit trees, tasteful landscaping in an area tucked into farmland without the feeling of being crammed into the city. The bedding was lux and comfy and the breakfast had fresh cakes, pastries, muesli, boiled eggs on tiny nests, cheeses and gourmet cured meats - even walnuts to crack....

"A lot of little things added up to make me take off 2 stars.
1) I come up to the gate and there are 3 dogs there barking like crazy. Now dogs don't bother me. I love dogs. But maybe communicate that before I arrive? Cause not all dogs are friendly, and some people might have allergies.
2) the bathroom smelled terrible and it wafted into the room. I had to close the door and turn on the vent to keep the place smelling okay.
Minor things that don't normally bother me much, but there were a...

"My flight was delayed, so i was late to check in. They close check in at 7:30 and no message or phone call was EVER returned, so i did not stay there and was forced to rent another hotel. "

"Flot konstruktion! Sødt værtspar som hjalp med alt mellem himmel og jord. Virkelig god morgenmad. Pænt og rent og ligger dejligt centralt. Husk ørepropper dog :) "

"Such a lovely place to stay. They have horses and cute yard. The yard is facing mountains with very beautiful view. The breakfast was nice and the owners were super nice. This is a good place to enjoy a peaceful sunny day. I would like to come back again. "

"We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. Cá Rossa, Claudia and Isaac have our best recommendations and we will definitely return. Best Tina & Jan"

"This b&b is not good value. The property is incredibly tired and basic for the price. While the surfaces and sheets etc were clean, the walls were grubby, as was the welcome mat. There was a constant stream of ants running along the floor too. It’s next to a busy road and there was lots of noise from that, keeping us awake. As well as someone dragging bins across the car park outside the room. Compared to other properties I’ve paid the same price for, this was well below par.

"Wonderful bed and breakfast. Andrea and his family were incredible hosts. They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. The breakfast they made was delicious as well! Cannot recommend highly enough, a wonderful stay and hosts!"

"Bon séjour dans l’ensemble et bel appartement. Cependant, nuisances sonores provenant des autres appartements en soirée et la nuit, et également une literie peu confortable (ressorts du matela)."

"The entire hotel was remodeled and open in April. It is a grande boutique hotel, so clean, charming and adorable. Location Location Location. Owners are very accommodating. "
"Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."
"Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena.
Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from
Airport)
Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca.
The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open.
There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but they all close between 7-10pm.
if you’re back late you will probably have to order a deliveroo. "
"Excellent location for airport bus link and onward train journeys from the station across the road. Beautiful city centre with plenty to see and do, eating spots and bars, we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful Bergamo is, an absolute hidden gem of a place. The only concern, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the scores of men hanging around the stations and surrounding areas. This is not unique to Bergamo but the ideal location is somewhat undermined by the safety concerns, particularly of an evening. That all said I would not think twice about returning to Bergamo. "
"I really liked this hotel. It had a spectacular view. The towels were changed every day, everything was very clean, and waking up to that view was beautiful. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again."
