"My wife and I have visited Knoxville many times to visit our daughter. This was the best place we have stayed at. The home itself is very nice. We prefer staying in a VRBO over a hotel so we aren't stuck eating out every meal. We were able to enjoy a few meals at home with friends. The outdoor living space is great. The patio off of the master was perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooftop deck was excellent for hanging out at night. We had no issues during our stay...

"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens. Precious courtyard area is an added bonus!"

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again."

"We had a great stay here while attending a concert on UT campus. The property was very clean, exactly as described and a pleasant stay for all of us. Despite it's close proximity to the interstate it was surprisingly quiet while inside. Really appreciate the fact there are no requirements at checkout. Would definitely stay here again."

"Based on the photos posted, we were very disappointed. The photos looked great. There was knats and bugs in the living room and master bath. The neighborhood did not feel safe. There was several run down homes and homeless people in the alley. I would not recommend it. The host was very responsive and sent the cleaner to finish cleaning when we called. Signed Disappointed"

"Great house for a friend's weekend. Was clean and description online was accurate. The TV setup was a bit complicated and difficult to get going but we eventually figured it out to watch the UT game. The house felt more like a home than a vacation rental which has pluses and minuses. Host was very friendly and responsive."

"This property is great and just as described. We had a few minor issues but Ed was very responsive and took care of each issue promptly. The walk to and from the lake is quite steep so be prepared to get a workout! My elderly parents were unable to make the walk but since there is also a pool we still had a place to hang with them. "
