"Late arrival so didn't get a chance to use gym and pool, had a quick beer in bar, only negative no large towel in bathroom only found out after shower, room very nice , clean and tidy"

"The Hotel , as usual was well kept and very . The only thing I can comment on was The lack of a fridge,, to keep drinks and other things cool. However, sorted out when we went to the bar and asked for a bucket of ice, which was no problem for the staff who commented it was no problem and gave us an ice bucket. We will certainly continue coming back here. We also had complete use of the gym and swimming pool with stain and sauna. A lovely stay even with the torrential rain.."

"Hotel used to be Best western. Stayed many times. Great location, pubs and restaurants all close by. 10 minute walk to Royal concert hall. Straight opposite the castle. Hotel newly refurbished under Sheriton name. Very nice except one minus point. They have moved the bar so now get drinks from over the counter at reception area, not as cosy as before. Still very nice hotel though and would recommend. Parking easy in NCP right next door."

"Very convenient hotel for us as going to a do at the cricket ground. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. My only complaint would be the lighting in the room - either bright centre light or bedside lights that you couldn’t see a thing when on so couldn’t read in bed at night with them."
