"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. "This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"The communication with the property was consistent and was pleased with how friendly they were. Due to the property not having a front desk you have to go to their sister hotel to get the key, which was inconvenient, it is 20min away on foot. Not too far but be aware that you have to pick up your key elsewhere that the property. Thank goodness you don't need to take the key back to them for checkout. The location of the property is basically right next to the train station and perfectly located....

"We had wonderful communication with the host and she was there to welcome us and show us around the place. She provided lots of good information about how to get into the city centre by the subway which is very close by. She also told us where to park our car during our stay for a reasonable rate. Everything we needed was there in the apartment. Of course being in an apartment in the middle of a large city means it is noisy and busy, but we felt very safe as two female travellers in this place."
