"Ideal location right next to the main train station. I loved the water bottle fill station - the bubbly water tasted so good. Service was very friendly. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and luckily, they were able to let us check in early. We were very grateful as we'd been traveling all night. The bed was a little firm for my liking but otherwise the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Everything was great, clean and newly furnished rooms, all amenities provided. Very close to central train station and well connected to the city via transport. Good dining options around. Would be my go to if I visit Vienna again."

"Room is spacious, well-designed, colorful, modern, and practical. The small kitchen is great, but it could use a microwave. The heating could be a bit lower / cooler. A female staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful during check-in. "

"A beautiful hotel. It was in a good location, the staff were lovely and the room was excellent with really comfy beds. A huge choice for breakfast. We had a great stay."

"Room was large and clean, bed very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast but we enjoyed the rooftop bar several times. We were on the first floor and the noise from the groundfloor bar was really loud on the Saturday evening. Didn't affect us and wouldn't stop us from staying again, but can imagine it would be annoying if you had kids or an early start (maybe request a higher floor). Location was great for our visit."
