"Awesome people running the Fig Tree. This is the place to stay in Palestine - get the Rosemary Suite for sure. Has a 5 star restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again...!!!"

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She even did a check-in courtesy call to make sure we were still staying before we checked in. The Red Roof Inn was nicely renovated and very clean. It was a 2 night stay and we asked housekeeping to refresh our room. They did an excellent job! The mattresses even bed bug protection liners. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our rook had two queen beds and was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too. We came to ride the Texas State Railroad. This hotel was only 10 minutes away. Perfect location and great price.

The hotel is always very clean and the staff goes out of their was to make your stay great. The breakfast buffet is Awesome and the lady working it was possibly the nicest I've met in years. Nice big, clean rooms, microwave, and great T.V. stations.
