"Dreams Jade is a beautiful resort. Details matter and this resort delivered on that! The beds are so comfortable! When we arrived at our room (we did not have any upgraded package) we were greeted with a plate a chocolate covered fruits welcoming us and the same for our last night! All of the pools are heated and they are right by the beach which makes for a beautiful view. You don’t need to make reservations at the restaurants which I really loved bc most other resorts require that. They didn’t pressure us into purchasing excursions/time shares. Staff always greeted us with a smile. Room service was great- although very late once but rectified the issue. They also have a fun kids club with activities all day and a separate teen zone (just wish my kids could have enjoyed the teen zone but they are just a couple of years too young). It is a bit smaller than other resorts I’ve stayed at but that makes it so much easier to navigate the grounds, especially when you have two children and they’re hungry or you’re coming back from an excursion at night. The sargassum was present at our beach and though we were not able to get in the water, we were able to stroll the beach and enjoy the view from the pool. "

"It was great experience with this hotel, now that I have something to compare it with. The only drawback is the beaches in Mexico are seeweed covered maybe the time of year. But thi hotel staff activities and food choices are great. Also the event shows were nicer "

"We had a great time here and will be back! Beach - it's seaweed season but that didn't stop us from a walk and mainly enjoying the pools every day. Transport - Amstar was reliable for airport transfer and excursions. Food - I think our favorite restaurant was Satsu. Least favorite was definitely Olios but not sure if we just ordered the wrong things or if it was an off day? If you do book the romantic dinner it is at the Italian restaurant and we were served small portions of steak as main course so a bit disappointed, ordered pasta afterwards which was better lol. Drinks - All the bar staff were great. If you are drinkers then you should order a double (responsibly). They have many flavors of mimosas as well. Room - Our room was just amazing. The swim out room is 100% worth the splurge and we used it daily, also made friends with the neighbors. Resort - clean, humid as expected. We bought massages and got champagne provided due to romantic room! Caution - Yes the staff will ask about food allergies, but whenever you order food you still have to verify that it does not have your allergy in it because it does not seem to be communicated to anyone else, especially dessert. I didn't have any issues with my multple severe food allergies but it was just more of an annoyance. It seems like they ask just to ask. Mainly had issues at the buffet, but if the staff cannot answer your question due to language barrier they will get someone else to help you so that you are safe."
