"We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Staff were very professional, with no problem speaking English. Steigenberger hotel is so close to Michaelerplatz which was brilliant for getting to see places on foot. A special thanks to one of the receptionists named Y. Pena Mata. She was so hard working and always greeted myself and my husband with a lovely smile, a credit to the hotel. We will definitely return."

"Lovely hotel and easily walking distance to sites. The Stadpark metro line is a block away and convenient for excursions to Schönbrunn or other locations in the suburbs. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Staff is accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast is a full menu (not a buffet), and the Cayo Coco rooftop bar has great views with lite bites as well. The terrace bar and rooftop bar are frequent by locals which is always a good sign. "

"It was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed a quiet break and were well placed to visit the places we were interested in. It was very close to the Wien Mitte station so arrival from the airport was straightforward. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast too. "
