"Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questa struttura, a soli 10 minuti da Lecce e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i principali posti turistici (Gallipoli, Lecce, Torre dell’Orso ecc). "I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

O serviço da recepção estava disponível até um horário limitado à noite (22h00/22h30). De fato, nos foi entregue uma chave para a entrada do hotel.
