"Beautiful stay while visiting Versailles masque ball! There was a slight mix up when I arrived but was quickly rectified and a complimentary drink was provided as a nice touch. Nice room and the room service was divine! I had the breakfast buffet and that was delicious as well. Would recommend."

No issue ordering a taxi via the front counter. Check in check out straight forward. It was our second stay with holiday inn express, last year 2 night stay in a different country, same hotel chain, similar experience. Highly recommended ❤️"
