I had trouble buying tickets for a day tour to Andorra. Anna helped me buy the tikets. If it wasn't because of her hard efforts we would have missed that opportunity. "Had a fantastic stay here with my children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was still some work being done and had the occasional noise in the morning. The pool remained closed but we made use of the Spa which was nice and not crowded. "
