"On arrival the property was relatively clean apart from a number of cobwebs which suggested it handed been lived in for a while. There were a number of crockery and cutlery items still sat on the sink drainer however. There was no bedding or towels and unfortunately the listing was no longer available on vrbo or expedia to check what was included/excluded. Also not available were essentials such as tea towels, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, a bath/shower mat. Im really not quite sure...

"The property is generally a little tired; it needs some redecoration. The shower is totally inadequate; we had to tie up the shower head to prevent it from falling right down; the soap dish was loose and wors t of all the actual plastic head where the water comes out kept falling out completely. We thought the cleaner must have known there was a problem because the shower head had been left up against the wall. The bed mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were very poor quality...
