"This hotel is slightly out of the resort, but its amenities make up for it. It has really cozy lounge area, restaurant with daily menu and most importantly, the staff was the friendliest and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again. "

"spa was very small, pool was cold for the winter time, service was very poor at the hotel but good at the restaurant. rooms were ok but the open area of the bar nearby was loud. there were big corporate groups when we were there so maybe that made it worst. all around very expensive for what we got. but well situated close to center and main roads."

"The top floor for breakfast is the best part and the views are amazing but our room was extremely expensive for what it was, the bathroom was super super small, the beds were not even twin beds. If you want toiletries you have to ask them in reception which sometimes you don’t know what you need until afterwards… "

"Cons: Rooms and beds are very small. Pricey for the size. Showers need refurb but are OK. Pros: Very nice staff. Great sitting/lounge area. Right in the downtown area for dining and shops. "

"The room was super clean the bed was so comfortable. A great sleep. The staff were amazing at the front desk, they are a credit to this hotel. Super helpful and the best I have seen with their positive helpful happy nature. I would give it 5 rating for all categories it would have been great if there was a kettle to make tea/coffee otherwise absoultely fantastic stay."
