This is completely inaccurate, it takes exactly 25 minutes (a bit less than 2Km) on foot to the nearest Biarritz beach (Grand Plage) and center of Biarritz. The apartment is not located in the center as described. Even more, the location of the house on the map that is associated with the listing is wrong. "A cracking property! We loved the location; close to Les Halles (food market), the petit plage, shops, restaurants, all within 5/10 mins walk. We also loved having a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the sea. The 17m pool (heated at end of May!) with sun loungers was also awesome!"

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
