I was there for my daughter’s kidney transplant surgery at Virginia Mason hospital so I very much appreciated the peacefulness the view provided. The room was clean, water was nice and hot for showers, the view was rejuvenating, and most of all the staff, including the Rho cafe, where friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant. "A wonderful experience overall. Eric was most hospitable and gave us the best room possible on the top floor. We were very pleased with our tay, especially for the price point. Pro tip. Get the parking included in your room, you will save money and are guaranteed a spot. The location is a 10 min walk to Pike Place and all shopping downtown. Many fabulous restaurants all within minutes from the hotel. "
