Staff was friendly went above and beyond rooms were clean everyday best experience i had in a long time

Best Hotel in bali! 1000% recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Alaya Suites Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. The hotel also has an excellent location, making it convenient to get around and explore the area.

Gorgeous property! Room was stunning! We had a 2 story bungalow and the extra space was such a luxury. Loved the outdoor tub and the unique touches such as sarong and night shirt. Just don’t wear the sarong if you go for a walk as all the vendors will know where you are staying. The toilet in the room was the only disappointing space, it looked like the original. Am amazing hotel, would stay again and again.

Amazing service .super clean excellent housekeeping very friendly staff.good food and beautiful place highly recommended

Wonderfully maintained hotel. Large property with many 4-unit Lanais. Nice pool and ocean front beach setting. The hotel hosts cultural dances nearly every evening and has local artists on site selling their work. The gift shop is very competitively priced with a classy selection of local items. Good restaurant with many Indonesian themed dinners. Overall it is the class and service one would expect of Oberoi.

Our stay at the Legian was remarkable. To be fair, I have stayed at multiple 5 star rated resorts in the US and Caribbean and our experience here blew the others away. We actually ended up extending our stay by another two nights because we didn't want to leave. If you are able, I absolutely recommend staying in one of the private villas. Our butler Sande was just incredible, able to help with restaurant recommendations, booking dinner, tours, really anything we needed at all. The private pool...

This was far and away the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip to Bali. This was our honeymoon - so we opted to stay in a private villa with private pool. WOW! We didn't want to leave. It was simply stunning. As far as 5 star hotels are concerned, I don't think many meet the mark. This did. Not only in the beauty and cleanliness of the facilities, but it's staff. They went to great lengths to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Example: my wife and I went on a bicycle tour through Bali...

Exceptionally welcoming staff, clean property in good condition with good food. We stayed in seven properties in Bali on this holiday, some significantly more expensive but this was our favourite by a long way and probably the only one we would consider returning to. Good value, relaxing and welcoming.

Beautiful and lowkey resort. Amazing food. Amazing pool. Not crowded.

This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at, at the beach! Everything is 'top notch'! It is a smaller resort with Suites and Villas, on a generous property with a gorgeous, private beach! This allows for unbelievable service and a feeling of peace as you are never trying to 'get a spot' in a crowd at the beach or pool or restaurants. The food is fresh and delicious! The buffet breakfast is fine but you can also always order a la carte which is fresher. I ordered breakfast in my room...

I love my stay here the staff were so kind and helpful newer resort just open 5months ago so very quiet everyone so help and always greet you with a smile no matter what time it is

Amazing hotel, incredibly attentive staff, mind blowing breakfast, high quality dinner and wine, lovely complimentary drinks and snacks to compensate the construction work onsite. Want to come back!!!

The hospitality at maya ubud is unmatched from all previous experiences at other hotels. If staying in ubud, this resort is the place to be. Also, I huge shoutout to one of the workers ganggawir, he was exceptional and made sure everything went well for me and the wife during are stay. He went above and beyond with every little thing when caring for us. Thank you ganggar and maya ubud!

The hotel and grounds were very well maintained. The plants, trees and landscape were beautiful. The hotel was spotless and smelled Amazing. The staff was excellent. Superb hotel and accommodations.

This is the place to stay!!! Top notch everything from service to accommodations. It is off the beaten path but against the jungle and impeccable!! The staff is friendly, kind, and gets to know you. They are caring and the property is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the private pool room and it was more than we expected. I will be be coming back here again when I’m Bali! Way better than staying in busy downtown Ubud.
