"Well Cottage was perfect. We are a mid 70’s couple and used to our creature comforts. All the essential amenities were provided and plenty of them. We loved Holt and enjoyed all it had to offer. Great staying so close to the town centre- we ate out every night and only used the car to visit other places during the day. Thank you for everything, Chris."
"Stayed in room 17 of the Lawns annexe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was large, quiet with superking bed and nice walkin shower. Parking on site. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and helpful. Fresh milk for tea always a nice touch

"The cottage itself was very nice and well equipped, and we had a wonderful time in North Norfolk. The lack of normal TV channels (without signing-in to apps) and the steep stairs upstairs weren't ideal, but I've deducted the stars for the (lack of) parking. The listing clearly says 'parking available' which usually means a parking space at the property. However, when the welcome e-mail arrived the parking is actually a 5 minute walk away in a public car park and costs 8.70 per day. I went back and checked the listing in case I had made a mistake, but it still said 'parking available', but in the small print it just says 'two public car parks nearby' with no mention of costs, or clearly stating that there is no parking anywhere near the property. So, in summary I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but only gave three because I felt misled about the availability and cost of parking."
