"We stayed here for just **one night in Leticia** and had a very good experience. The hotel appears to be **new, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable**. The mattress was especially comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff were **friendly and helpful**, although English is somewhat limited, so a little Spanish can be useful. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Overall, a **comfortable and pleasant stay with spacious rooms and great value**. I would definitely recommend it for travelers visiting Leticia."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Buru Hotel. Everything from the moment you check in is absolutely wonderful. From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. We are so glad we chose this ecological hotel, it really made our Amazonian experience so much fun."

"Felt safe, property was clean, nice breakfast. Price was way too much! It is a very small apartment but in pictures appears large. We went to Leticia to visit family so this was close to them. They should provide a microwave, because it’s very hard to heat fast food on a gas stove with pots that stick. Staff were nice. Laundry cost was crazy! So we had to tough it out and hand wash items."

"Average hotel, but excellent location and staff. Especially the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. Nice pool, but renovations being worked on while we were there."
