"SNCF really screwed our stay with noise at night especially night before Paris Marathon by running a jackhammer all night. Shower stalls are inadequately enclosed and making whole bathroom floor wet. Sink frequently reeks of sewage. No air conditioning in the room, it’s too hot for two people and we could not open windows at night because of the noise outside."

"The rooms were TINY and in general the hotel was way too overpriced for what it was. The AC didn’t work on the first day, so I asked the staff for help. They guaranteed that it would be fixed by the time I was back, then when I returned I was literally told that they’re not going to do anything about it nor change my room.
