"For a budget inn, Best Western Franklin was extremely comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was extremely friendly upon check-in and check-out. The continental breakfast might not have been the largest selection, but was always fresh and kept well-stocked during the morning. While we did not use the pool, it was open during our extended stay, and was not heavily used by other guests. The only real negative is that there are several large potholes in the parking lot that need to be carefully avoided. Other than that, we would gladly stay at this location again!"

"Pretty quiet location. Rooms are fairly nice for the price. They have the big soap/shampoo/conditioner in the rooms instead of the tiny bottles. Internet is pretty stable for hotel internet. The biggest inconvenience is having to turn left onto Carothers Parkway during busy times of day when leaving the hotel, because there is no light. "
