The room was plenty for the two of us, the washroom was very clean and well kept. Great shower!
Not an issue for us but for anyone that needs to use a Lift to get to upper floors this place doesn’t have as it’s only Stairs. Just a heads up.
Also there was a strong cigarette smell in the hallways.
Other that that it suited our needs for the 2 nights we stayed there.

The hotel was 'ok'. The parking is very limited and the hotel is surrounded by red routes so you can't stop anywhere to even unload or get out of the car.
On arrival i rang asking where i can stop to let passengers out and park the car, i was told by the man at reception to 'Google it'. I've never experienced such poor standards of hospitality training in my life.
The area around the hotel is run down, dirty and dodgy. Won't be back!!

"When we arrived the room was at the top, as neither of us could handle stairs the staff straight away changed the room for us, it took away stress and made our stay very comfortable."
