"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing and tranquil. My only complaint would be how uncomfortable the bed was. New mattresses are definitely needed as felt like I sleeping on springs. "We stayed in Rose barn which was clean and spacious, had an open fire and hot tub. There are a number of barns on the site so this is a great destination for a family or friends get together. Close to the beach and a short drive from Bude. Dog friendly as well."

"We had a lovely time during our week at Miller's Rest. The cottage was a brilliant size for a family of four with plenty of room. The kitchen equipment was limited for self catering and the wet rooms needed a little TLC due to use over time but nothing major. The location for Widemouth Bay and Bude (approx. 10min drive to Bude) was perfect. Being on a working farm added to the charm of the location and it was nice to be able to walk around. "The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished with some lovely welcome treats upon arrival. It was also a lovely quiet place. The only downside, personally, was we would have preferred a small table and chairs near the foot of the stairs over bar stools at a breakfast bar. Being able to use the log burner would have been nice but with a thatched roof, we understand the dangers of that."

"An adults only site with a wide range of types of accommodation (and prices) to suit all needs. Really accommodating and helpful on arrival. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment has everything you require and is well designed and finished to a high specification. Situated in a quiet village it is easy to access Bude either by car or on foot (50 mins - 1 hr). Lots to do and see in the area so if you want to explore or just enjoy the tranquillity this is a perfect base."
